Rowing Course
The rowing course is led by Mr. Dror Ottensooser, a senior and experienced qualified rowing instructor. Lessons are carried out at the DRC, Israel’s leading rowing facility.
Course Syllabus
The course comprises 8 meetings of 50 minutes each.
Among the covered subjects:
- Into to rowing boats types and categories
- How to carry a boat into and out of the water
- Mounting and dismounting
- Handling oars
- Rowing motion and sequencing – boat, rower, oars
- Harbour exit and entry
- Rowing forward, backwards, and turning
Cost
ILS 1,275 + ILS 50 registration fee
*** ILS400 credit back to you, if you join the club ***
Trial Lesson
Try it first! It’s 230ILS for a trial lesson, fully deducted from the course cost, if you decide to go for it.
